IVIPB General Terms and Conditions

As a member of the International VIP Bodyguard (IVIPB), I accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. I acknowledge my responsibility to promote professional growth, integrity, and ethical conduct among all members, without discrimination based on gender, creed, nationality, or ethnicity.

  2. I will act with honesty, professionalism, and competence in all duties and activities, and I will avoid any unethical, deceptive, or illegal conduct.

  3. I will not use narcotics, illegal substances, or intoxicants that impair judgment, performance, or professional conduct.

  4. I am committed to continuous learning, skills development, and maintaining professional standards relevant to my role.

  5. I will maintain honesty and transparency with principals, colleagues, associates, and the public, and I will respect all standards, policies, and directives established by IVIPB.

  6. I will safeguard confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information and will not disclose organizational secrets or restricted information under any circumstances.

  7. I will represent myself truthfully at all times and will not misrepresent my qualifications, skills, experience, authority, or affiliation with IVIPB.

  8. I will not teach, train, publish, or share any bodyguard or security techniques under the IVIPB name without prior written authorization from IVIPB Directors.

  9. I understand that the IVIPB ID card, badge, certifications, credentials, and all related materials (collectively referred to as “IVIPB Property”) remain the exclusive property of IVIPB and must be used responsibly and lawfully.

  10. I will immediately report any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of IVIPB Property.

  11. I understand that IVIPB reserves the right to suspend or revoke my membership if I violate these Terms, discredit the organization, or engage in conduct deemed harmful to IVIPB.

  12. Repossession of IVIPB Property: IVIPB may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, require the immediate return of all IVIPB Property if my conduct has harmed, discredited, or may harm or discredit the organization, or if I violate these Terms or any applicable law.

  13. I agree to return all IVIPB Property immediately upon request. Failure to do so may result in legal action, including claims for damages, replacement fees, and associated costs.

  14. Unauthorized use of the IVIPB name, logo, emblem, badge, or trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal legal action.

  15. The IVIPB badge must be returned at the end of membership. Loss or failure to return the badge may result in a replacement fee of USD 1,000.

  16. I acknowledge that membership in IVIPB does not confer any governmental, law-enforcement, military, or diplomatic authority, nor does it grant any police or enforcement powers in any jurisdiction.

  17. I assume full personal and legal responsibility for all actions, conduct, and activities undertaken in any professional or personal capacity. IVIPB shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any unlawful acts, misconduct, disputes, damages, or legal consequences arising from my actions.

  18. I understand and agree that IVIPB bears no responsibility for any arrest, detention, investigation, prosecution, fine, penalty, or legal proceeding initiated by any governmental or judicial authority against me.

  19. I expressly agree to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless IVIPB, including its directors, officers, executives, representatives, affiliates, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal actions—present or future—arising directly or indirectly from:

  • Misuse or unauthorized use of IVIPB identification, badges, credentials, or certificates

  • Violation of local, national, or international laws

  • False representation, misrepresentation of authority, or misuse of IVIPB affiliation

  1. I irrevocably waive any right to initiate or pursue legal action, claims, complaints, or compensation demands against IVIPB or any of its representatives for any reason whatsoever.

  2. In the event my actions cause legal, financial, or reputational harm to IVIPB, I agree to fully indemnify IVIPB for all resulting damages, losses, legal fees, court costs, and associated expenses.

  3. Any unauthorized use of the IVIPB name, logo, badge, credentials, or trademarks, or any false claim of official authority, shall constitute a serious violation and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of membership without notice

  • Confiscation of all IVIPB Property

  • Civil and/or criminal legal action where applicable

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction designated by IVIPB, and exclusive legal jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of that jurisdiction.

  2. By submitting this form electronically, I affirm that this electronic submission constitutes my legal signature and that all information provided by me is true, accurate, and complete.
