Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions: I acknowledge that any special requirements must be communicated to the IVIPB Training Office before the commencement of the course. I have thoroughly read and hereby accept the Terms and Conditions outlined by INTERNATIONAL VIP BODYGUARD IVIPB LTD, as stated on the reverse side of this form. I comprehend and agree that, by affixing my signature to this document, I am assuming responsibility for all associated course fees. In the event of fee payment, a participant is only eligible for a refund if the company denies attendance to the course. Should a participant withdraw on the first day of the training course, the company bears no responsibility, and the participant is not entitled to any financial compensation. To confirm and activate this form, the participant is required to remit the enrollment fee and will subsequently receive a payment receipt via email. This form mandates complete information. Failure to fill any boxes may result in a delay in the issuance of graduation certificates. A certificate of good conduct, such as a criminal record check or a certificate of good behavior, must be presented. Full payment for the course must be settled prior to the course commencement. If the company fails to conduct the course, the participant will receive a full refund without any additional charges. The company is committed to ensuring the safety of all participants during the training course. Nevertheless, participants are responsible for their own safety and are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the company. 12.
